1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the mobile game Meadow Keep / 초원 요새 (the "App") provided by its developer ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
2. What the App does
- The App is a tower defense game in which you build towers and command heroes to stop invading enemies.
- Some graphics may be downloaded over the internet during play; depending on your connection, default graphics may be shown instead.
3. Free use and advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob). We decide whether, in which formats and how often ads are shown, and this may change. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch them, and the reward is granted once the ad is completed.
4. Paid items
- The App may sell paid items such as ad removal, heroes and in-game currency through Google Play Billing. The contents and price of each item are shown on the purchase screen.
- Buying ad removal does not remove rewarded ads that you choose to watch; they remain available.
- Payments and refunds are governed by Google Play's policies (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) and applicable law. Withdrawal may be limited, to the extent the law allows, for currency already spent or digital items already delivered.
- Permanent items such as ad removal and heroes can be restored by reinstalling with the same Google account. Consumable items such as in-game currency are stored on your device and may not be recoverable after uninstalling or changing devices.
5. Game data
Game progress is stored only on your device and we do not back it up. We cannot restore progress lost by uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or losing or replacing your device.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Modifying or reverse-engineering the App, or manipulating game data with cheats or hacking tools
- Obtaining paid items or rewards by illegitimate means
- Manipulating or bypassing ads, or generating invalid clicks
- Disrupting service by sending excessive requests to our servers
- Using feedback or contact channels for spam, abuse or infringement of others' rights
7. Intellectual property
The App's software, graphics, characters, music, sound effects and text are owned by us or their rightful owners and may not be copied, distributed or adapted without our permission.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that it will work correctly on every device.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.
9. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue game content, balance, item offerings or the service in whole or in part as operational or technical needs require. Material changes affecting paid items will be announced in advance.
10. Changes to these terms
Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent courts under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory provisions of the law where you reside take precedence where applicable.
